We are sorry to report that we have had to cancel the 2009 ride. We did everything we could to try and put the ride together, but the economy just wasn't on our side and we weren't able to ensure that the event could be a successful fund raiser this year. If the economy is turning around next year, we will try again.
Attention bike riders: Please show your support for law enforcement by participating in the May Day 2009 Motorcycle ride scheduled for May 23rd, 2009. The May Day ride will start at Mitchell's Harley-Davidson in Modesto at 9:00am. A donation of $10 per rider and $10 per passenger will go to benefit the Peace Officer Memorial Group. This annual ride honors Modesto Police Sergeant Steve May who was seriously injured during a police chase several years ago.

February 25, 2009 Update: The 2009 ride is still in the planning stages so this information is tentative. We hope to have on-line registration for the ride available soon. Donations for the ride will be $25 for driver and $20 for a passenger. Of course you can donate more if you wish. We will be looking for sponsors soon.
